I was recently looking for interest rates on an auto loan, like most of us, my time was limited. I was forced to look after hours, when most financial institutions are closed. Majority of my time was spent searching websites. Unfortunately, I found that either the website did not have the rates posted or the information was outdated. I was surprised to learn that most of the institutions do not currently have or have not initiated chat and text functionality for their customers. These simple questions could have easily been answered by online chat or text. Instead, I would have to rely on email which you may have wait days to get a response or phone calls that are very time consuming. This leads to the Title of this article, it is important today if you want your business to succeed and grow, you need to provide the best customer experience possible.

Energy, enlightenment, entertainment and new experiences will be awaiting the Michigan Credit Union Community at the MCUL & CUSG 2018 Annual Convention & Exposition (AC&E), June 6 - 9. This year the event heads to the Grand Traverse Resort & Spa in Downtown Traverse City.

Attendees are always anxious to gather Center Stage to hear from special guests and keynote speakers, which will include both Kevin Brown, author of The Hero Effect, and Anders Sorman-Nilsson, founder of Thinque.

On Friday, they are introducing a new event called Ignite. The idea is simple. Ignite is an event of short talks with a twist. The motto is "Enlighten us, but make it quick!" Speakers get just five minutes with 20 slides that auto-advance every 15 seconds to make their point, enlighten and entertain. Ignite is a platform perfectly designed to feature professionals from a variety of personal and educational backgrounds interested in sharing their passion, their causes and their meaningful moments.

Drew comes to us as a highly recommended Network Engineer from the Macomb Community College program, where he ran their support desk for years. He is currently studying for his CCNA and a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering. He developed his love for IT, from his father. Drew lives in Fraser with his 2 Pitbull's; Skylar and Kelsey.

If he is not at home cracking the books , chances are you will find him on the golf course.
