We are excited to be hosting our 4th Annual Techtober Expo on October 16th. In past years, we have appreciated the turn out from our customers, sponsors and staff. This year the Techtober Expo will be held at the MSU Management Education Center located at 811 W Square Lake Rd, Troy, MI 48098 as the attendance at last year's event grew beyond capacity at the BSB Corporate Office in Sterling Heights. It will be bigger and better than past events.

BSB Buzz - New Account Executive Laura Taylor

We are proud to announce there is a new edition to the BSB Midland office. Laura Taylor is our new Account Executive in Midland and will be growing our Mid-Michigan base of customers and prospects. She is looking forward to meeting each and every one of you at our Techtober Expo!

Laura is a seasoned professional who has worked with some of the leading companies and brings a wealth of knowledge with 20+ years of B2B experience. Laura's experience as a Consultant for IT and Cloud Managed Service with SPI Innovation allowed her to help customers achieve positive business outcomes in technology. Additionally, while building her career at Premier Media as a consultant for AT&T Advertising, Laura achieved the Nine Time CEO – Presidents Club Award.

Laura attended Alma College and holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Laura also is an Alumni Parent Board Member of Alma College where her son John (21) is also attending, majoring in Marine Biology. As a Bay City resident (entire life) Laura embraces volunteering, supporting her local tennis association and being a Rotarian and Board member. If that isn't enough, Laura enjoys both MSU and U of M, really any Michigan Team, spontaneous traveling, hiking, skiing, tennis, golf, yard work and quality time at the local YMCA!

We'll be hosting our 2nd MI Contact Center User Group (MCUG) at this year's Techtober Expo.

Remembering Don Neal

Don Neal

We were all heartbroken and sadden by the tragic news of Don Neal's death following a recent motorcycle accident. Don was Mitel's Channel Account Manager (CAM) for Michigan and Indiana. Don worked for Mitel for 42 Years and was highly regarded by his colleagues within Mitel, respected by industry consultants and appreciated by the customers and partners he supported.

We at BSB certainly benefited from Don's dedication to Mitel's success here in Michigan. While we valued our business relationship with Don, we truly enjoyed our personal friendship with him too.

For many of you that have met Don, you will fully understand our admiration and respect for his integrity and dedication. BSB always appreciated Don's counsel and advice. We never took his support for granted. Don Neal will be missed by many; but especially by his friends at BSB!
