BSB Communications takes great pleasure in supporting many non-profit organizations in the community, and we appreciate that they have chosen BSB as their Unified Communications provider.

We want to showcase Judson Center this Holiday Season. Judson Center is a non-profit human service agency that provides compassionate, comprehensive services to children and families throughout southeast Michigan.

5 Ways Your Current Phone System Can Limit Your Success

5 Ways Your Current Phone System Can Limit Your Success

So, as 2018 comes to a close, it is time to start evaluating your technology needs for 2019.

Your business's Unified Communications system is one of the most important parts of an organization's success. It is vital for a company's growth to be able to communicate with its customers and employees. However, in today's changing market, it is not enough that you can communicate. It is essential to be able to interact with people through social media, texting, chat, email, and of course, over the telephone. When your company is not able to do this, valuable business opportunities are lost, or worse yet, damaged.

  • Has your business phone system kept pace with the times?
  • How did your phone system perform this year?
  • Were calls dropped? How often?
  • Did you have transfer issues? Did customers call back saying their call went nowhere?
  • Did your vendor help with any problems? Were they responsive?
  • Does your vendor work well with your business size or do they put you second?
  • Is your business phone system capable of helping you meet tomorrow's challenges?
Can your phone system fully support your business?

To find out more details on evaluating your unified communications system download our free eGuide 5 Components to consider when evaluating your current phone.

This eGuide outlines 5 components to consider when evaluating your current phone system or a new communications solution. Reduce costs, improve the user experience and set your business up to grow with an updated phone system.
