We would like to take a minute to wish you all a very Merry Christmas. We would also like to remind you of the upcoming BSB Holiday Hours. All of our offices will be closed on Monday, December 24th and Tuesday, December 25th in observance of the Christmas Holiday. We will also be closed on Monday, December 31st and Tuesday, January 1st for the New Year Holiday. We at BSB Communications hope that each of you enjoys this time with family and friends.

Also, we feel that it is important to remind you all to update your Holiday Hours for your organization. If you haven't yet verified your holiday hours, we suggest you do so today. If you need assistance from one of our experienced team members to verify your information or update the hours for your system, call our service department today to open a service order. We want to showcase Judson Center this Holiday Season. Judson Center is a non-profit human service agency that provides compassionate, comprehensive services to children and families throughout southeast Michigan.

Since opening their doors in 1924, they have grown to provide services to nearly 9,000 children, adults and families each year. They have been changing fates and restoring childhoods for children who have been abused and neglected, and others who are challenged by developmental disabilities, severe emotional impairments and autism spectrum disorder.

Judson Center has remained responsive to these and other community needs by providing a range of innovative and quality services. They are a resource for healing and a leader in human services that delivers a brighter future for those they are privileged to serve.

The following sections describe feature enhancements delivered by the MiVoice Office Application Suite 5.1 SP2 server solution. It delivers not only enhancements and improvements on the 6900 phones, but it also delivers additional productivity improvements within the applications.

Note, the implementation of the 6900 series phones on the MiVoice Office 250 is inherently different to features available on 5300 series phones.

Tom Lamb

BSB Buzz – Meet Tom Lamb

Tom Lamb has been a valued team member at BSB Communications since July 2017. He graduated from Macomb Community College in 2012 with an Associates Degree in Networking. Tom has been married to his beautiful wife Pam for 12 years and has 2 boys; Patrick who is 12 and Tommy who is 10. In Tom's free time he enjoys spending time with his kids, watching movies and running/exercising. In the fall and winter, Tom enjoys playing Fantasy Football; he has been in the same league with almost all the original players for over 20 years. In the spring and summer, Tom enjoys running in multiple obstacle courses and is a proud member of the BSB Phone Jockey's who participate in many events throughout the year such as the Tough Mudder and more.
