We have moved from providing proprietary hardware at the customer premises to offering a wide range of unified communication services, from cloud-based virtualized software to public and private clouds to hybrid and on-site alternatives.

Many of our clients use a Mitel Contact Center software interface to route, manage, and report on customer communications via telephone, email, chat, text messaging, and social media.
