A new “Network Move” feature also allows administrators to migrate users between PBXs more easily, maintaining service continuity across locations.

The updated system makes it easier to manage Hunt, ACD, Page, Ring, and Pickup groups—no longer requiring partner-level technical access. All core group features, such as overflow points, call routing behavior, timers, and modes, are now adjustable directly through the cloud portal, providing IT teams with greater autonomy and speed.

Administrators can now configure Mitel CX Contact Center agents directly within the platform. This includes assignment of voice, chat, SMS, and email queues, softphone templates, and skill groups.
